The Neurognostics' Functional Data Acquisition Device (fDAD™) is an integrated system that is used in conjunction with existing 1.5T and 3T MR scanning platforms. Utilizing a user-friendly workflow software application, expansive library of patient tasks (stimulation paradigms), and customized acquisition hardware, fDAD™ eliminates the need to create, assemble, and test the hardware and software required to administer an fMRI exam.  

 
After fDAD™ is used to administer an fMRI exam and collect patient data, highly skilled Neurognostics' biomedical engineers process functional patient datasets offsite and return an all-inclusive patient study. This study includes a subject-specific report and imagesets that can be used in a variety of neuronavigational systems and DICOM™ viewers. Neurognostics' Data Processing Service ensures the ongoing success of a facility's fMRI program.

Reference Database

The Neurognostics' Functional Data Reference Database (fDRD™) is being developed to assist physicians with the interpretation of fMRI results by providing standardized normative and disease-specific fMRI-based databases. After these databases have been populated, fDRD™ will be optimized for diagnosis and patient management purposes.
